Hello family! Welcome to my profile :) My name is Iliana, I am 23 years old argentine girl. I speak Spanish and English. People close to me say that I am a friendly, talkative, warm-hearted, easygoing person. While the children are in my care I consider myself a responsible, patient, and trustworthy person. I hope to achieve the confidence that I have with the parents of the kids who I have been taking care of, who can be calm and happy with me. I respect the way kids are raised by their parents by collaborating and contributing my ideas to their education. I am a reliable person who knows how to listen to children because of the experience that I have. I try to encourage and support them to achieve their goals. I generate a good relationship with the children following the parent's education guidelines. I consider myself a proactive person because I manage to face situations that arise, informing the parents and keeping them aware of any developments or concerns that arise. I like doing as many outdoor activities as we can, going to the different parks, bike riding, rollerblading, scooter, going to the zoo, museums, library, wearing costumes, playing on the trampoline, playing on the floor, and also helping them to be more confident, to gain confidence when talking to me about any issue or concern that may arise. I have been taking care of kids since 2017 back in Argentina. I have been an au pair from 2020 to 2022 in the USA (live-in childcare provider), where I have learned about new foods, and the different cultures improved my English skills, and loved the children that I took care of. I have a driver's license from here Argentina. I was required to drive the children in the host family’s car and I can also use it for my time. Nowadays after finishing the program I am back in Argentina where I am an online programming student
