We are a family with three kids of 0, 3 and 4. Me and my husband are around 40. I’m currently on maternity leave but I work in a bank and my husband runs his own company.

In the weekdays we live in an apartment in Vasastan and during the weekends we spend our time in a large house in the countryside, 1 hour from Stockholm.

We have an extra apartment connected to ours in the city so you can be by yourself when you need.

The amount of time we need your help varies. The most important here is that you can be a bit flexible. We need help in the mornings to get the children ready for kindergarten, leave them of, do some daily work (load the dishwasher, food preparation etc), take care of the baby while I have meetings, workout or visit the doctors, bring the children home in the afternoons, play with them, feed and get them ready for bed. Some days you have to follow them to their activities( gymnastics, swimming, riding). Some day you need to babysit the two older for a few hours. You don’t have to follow us to the countryside every time but some days we could need some extra help.

We would like the person living with us to be firm, easygoing, positive and with great leadership skills. Our 3 years old has a very strong will and voice so your ability to handle crisis is very important.
