CATHALIYA, 26 YEARS

First of all, let me introduce myself. My name's Cathaliya. You can call me Champagne. I'm 24 years old. I've graduate from Suandusit University. Major is Home economics. I learn about Thai food, Basic European food, Bakery&Pastry, Cocktail, Thai dessert, Basic Fabric and design, Fruit and Vegetable carving. Now I live with my parents, my greandmother, my sister and my dog in our house in Thailand. I used to be a trainee at Grand mercure Phuket Patong for 8 months as a cookhelper in the main kitchen. My responsibilites for prepraring ingradients, grill stake, Omelette, every menu about eggs. When I was young I spent most of time with my grandmother. She teach me how to cook Thai food and Thai Dessert. So I want to improve my English and German. I think Aupair is one of the ways to practice my Englisg, German. At the same time I can learn about new cultuer and I can try living by myself in foreign country. I love to move around and see the world. I have a lot of hours of chilcare experience because my cousin has a child 3 years old now. I have take care of her since she was born until now because my cousinis next to my house. I have a great time with her. I have learn a lot from her grandmother. I have to bath her, dress her, take her to sleep, play with her, and some time I bake cupcakes make her can try decorating them.
