Dear host family, I’m so happy that you are interested in my profile. I really hope my information will be what you’re looking for and qualify enough for you to choose me as your au pair. My name is Oranee, you can call for short as Jay. I’m 28 years old. I’m from the south of Thailand. I used to be an au pair in America for two years. I finished the program in late 2019. I used to take care of 3 boys, they are 2,3 and 5 at that time. I stayed with the same family for two years. My tasks was took them to school and did lots of activities with them at school and outside school. I prepared their lunch and packed their snacks and did their laundry once a week. I changed diapers and get their clothes ready for the day. I really enjoy spending quality time with them. Kids are fun to be with. I can do simple art crafts and several fun activities. I can cook some simple dishes from my home country. I baked homemade treats for them, sometimes muffins and some other time brownie and healthy treats etc. Actually I have a lot of experience with kids both from being a teacher and au pair in America. When I was prepared myself to be an Au pair in America I have got more than 1200 hours. Plus I was a teacher back then, I was taught students grade 7 and 9 for one year. I also was a volunteer teacher at Children Center to prepare the kids to be ready to entered kindergarten school. There are 28 children, aged from 2 years old to 4 years old. My responsibilities were taught them alphabets, numbers, phonetic, nursery rhyme and I also taught them how to coloring, drawing, playing games and taught them to write, read, speak, dance and sing. I fed them a meal and took them for a nap, taught them how to clean their hands properly, brush their teeth correctly before nap. The important part of my duties was keeping eyes on their safety and healthy. I’m really comfortable with kids and happy just being around them. I’m patient, calm, reasonable, responsibility and do my best at my job. I’m good at what I’m doing. I love consistency, but I can be flexible if needed. I’m a bit of social awkward, but love to try to learn new things around me. I have no trouble adjusting to new places or new people. I’m very affectionate when it comes to the kids and I’m really an easygoing person.
