KAROLINA, 30 YEARS

I think that all of us have a lot of qualities, every person can do great things and I consider that every day is an opportunity to improve these qualities, that’s why I think this is my best quality, believe that every day is an opportunity to grow, to learn, develop and take advantage of my skills and my qualities. This is thanks my dad, he taught me that always you have an opportunity for grow and to be better. What other qualities? Well, I like to base in the opinions of people that know me or worked with me. They say that I am a reliable person and I think this is true, when I started to write this application I thought, if I have the opportunity to be Au Pair in The United Stated with a family that has to leave home and their children because they have to work (by the pandemic or anything reason) Can they trust in the person that helps them with their children? I concluded if an American family could know me very well, they would leave their children with me without concerns, they can trust in me because I concentrate in my tasks with responsibility I like to accomplish my goals, and if I become in Au Pair, my goal will be take care their children as if they were my family and I always search the way of doing my job very well, for example my ex boss called me one day to told me for work with her again, she said that I choose me because she trust in me a lot, and she needed to that job a person who she could trust, I love her, because she taught me so many things, but I coudn't said "yes" bacause I had promised my currently boss that she can count with me all year, the opportunity of my ex boss was great for me, but I cound't accept because I couldn't fail to my boss. This happened the last year and even though this was a good opportunity I don't regret. Another people say that I can speak with assertiveness, I think that I have developed this ability with my Job, I am psychologist and I have to attend families all time and is very important to be assertive, one ex boyfriends said the same one day, that I can speak without hurt other people even when I have to say negative things.
