ISABELLA, 23 YEARS

Hi dear Host Family!!!
About me:
My name is Isabella, I'm 19 years old, and I live in João Pessoa, Paraíba, Brazil. I'm a Portuguese speaker and I have a intermediate English.

Here I’m a law student and I work in a dealership. I'm a really energetic person, I like to go to the gym and running in the late afternoon I also started learning to play the guitar alone and I'm really interested in this. I love hanging out with my family and friends on weekends and go to the church. I practice yoga and I like to prepare desserts. I love movies and series so, I'm always watching it (I'm a big fan of Hunger Games). I enjoy to learn new things and try them and I'm always open for it. I am also passionate about the beauty of Denmark and all its culture.

Currently I am single. I do not smoke, but I do not mind to work for families who smoke. I do not have experience with special needs, but I am willing to learn with you how to do it.

I took my driver's license more than a year ago and since then I have been practicing a lot and I feel safe driving. I've never been in a car accident. And I always have a lot of care and attention when driving.

Experiences:
I have a lot of experiences with kids, and everything started with my little brother, I take care of him since the born, helping my parents to change diapers, bathe him, prepare his meals, get him ready for school and take him there. Now he is Seven and the care continues. I'm the oldest cousin too, so I grow up with so many kids and this makes me very attentive and careful with them.
I took care of a baby for a year, when he was five moths old, until 1 year and 4 months old. I helped him with his first steps and I was responsible for bathe him, changing his diapers, bottle feeding and meal preparation. I loved taking care of him daily. I always had a great relationship with his parents and until today I take care of him sporadically when his mother needs.
I also took care of a girl, she was 4 years old when I started taking care of her, My routine with her was to help her with her schoolwork, play with her, prepare her meals, bathe her. I used to take her to a nearby playground that had some slides, swings, seesaws, we had a lot of fun. We always had play dates with her friends. She is an energetic child and we were always playing.

I will give the children of my host family the love, care and attention that I would like an au pair to give to my brother and sister, and children's safety and well-being are my priority. I am a person who has daily contact with children, this facilitates the relationship with them. With all the experiences I had, I learned to be careful and responsible with them, to protect and listen them. I have the most important skills that an Au Pair needs to have, which is REALLY love children, My parents always teach me values such as love, family unity and, most importantly: respect, so I will always respect the family's decision regarding the child and take care of the child in the way that the parents want, according to their customs.
