Hello, my future host family!

My name is Zuzia and I am looking forward to meet your wonderful family, especially kids! I am a definitely positive person with never-ending energy. I am very flexible and spontaneous, constantly smiling.
My family consists of mum Kasia, dad Tomek and my 18-years-old sister Ania. We love to spend time together, I would say that we really create a perfect team. We love to travel, play board games, swim, sing, do sports and enjoy meals together. Because of the way I was raised, I am sure I will be an attractive person to spend time with for your child/children and I will solidify the most important variables in their young, as well as mine, life.
In June I’ll finish my very first year in the medical university as a physiotherapy student.
Besides my academic responsibilities, I swim and play volleyball. I can play the guitar and I’m also taking vocal classes. Singing is a thing which give me the most pleasure. If only it is possible, I would like to continue this activity in the next stages of my life
In high school I was doing the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programm.

Only I have heard about this program I wanted to be a part of it. I want to be Au Pair abroad also because I am looking for opportunities for my summer break before starting the college. It would be lovely to manage and spend that time on a new experience with positive people and children in a fascinating country!
I am sure we will create a great team and spend nice time together. Hope you will be satisfied with how I play and look after your children and how I manage to deal with everyday duties. It would be absolutely phenomenal to meet you :)

Experience
As it comes to my experience with kids:
Last summer I was AuPair for the first time. I was taking care of a 2.5 year old girl and 4.5 year old boy in Luxembourg for three months.
Now, during the academic year, I occasionally take care of kids during the weekends, at the evenings, during the parent’s unavailability etc. Due to this part-time job I have a possibility to gain an experience with kids from 2 months old to 14 years old :)
Earlier, I was a counselor and animator at the summer camps in summer for children aged 5-13. My responsibilities then were organizing the time for kids - origami lessons, tournaments, sports activities etc. I was also just simply playing with them, talking, taking care on trips and daily activities and facing challenges connected with such work. Often I was needed to help the smaller kids with their morning and evening routine in the toilet and put them to sleep.
Moreover, for 2 years in high school I have been a volunteer at a children orphanage. It was a very important time for me. I had a possibility to be someone important to children there and we really connected and bond with each other. I have also sister Ania. She is two years younger than me so it would not be too much to say that I have also an experience with teenagers as Ania is a really tough nut to crack sometimes ;)
