HI, I AM JOAN FROM CEBU, PHILIPPINES.
Dear Host Family,
I am Joan and a Filipina currently living in Philippines. I love to cook Filipino dishes like lumpia shanghai, adobo, humba, and larang (fish cooked in tomato with sour taste). I also know how to bake like banana and carrot cakes, and I am open to learn more about baking. With our likes in cooking and baking, my brother and I have been planning to build our own pastry shop in our town. When I am not busy with work, I will visit my cousin’s kids and play with them.
I love my dog. I see to it that I spend more time with him and walk him around the neighborhood. I also like ornamental plants. We have many in our home and I take care of them.
My future plan is to able to travel to different countries and interact with other people. I love to experience different cultures and experience what it feels to live in one of the countries in Europe.
I would like to be part of your family as your Au pair and it would be a fulfilling adventure for me as I will have a chance to go and travel your country.
