GLADYS, 26 YEARS

Dear host family,

I am already very excited about getting to know you. But, first of all, I would like to introduce myself to you.

My name is Gladys Gomez. I am 22 years old and from the city of Taguig in Philippines. I'm the eldest daughter of Anocencio (53) and Analie (45), i have 1 sister named Mary Grace (16). We have 4 adorable dogs and one cat. We are the family of pet lover. My father works as a fish vendor at the market, my mother works as a reflexologist. I am working as a Call Center agent in a healthcare account for 2 years. Which helps me a big time to improved my communication skills especially in English.I graduated with bachelor degree business administration major in human resource where in i learned how to get along and deal with different people.

We Filipinos are known having a extended family. I started looking after the children as early as 10 yrs old. I took care of children of different ages. Since I'm the eldest on my family my responsibility is to take care my sibling and nephews. I am grateful that i am able to guide them and teaching value of respect, the value of loving their family, the moral of having a good attitude. I would describe myself as a reliable and caring person. I love kids so much that i knew it came with great responsibilty not always play and fun but to share great happy moments and experience. On my highschool and college day i do also part time baby sitting i'm so happy that i had life-long friends with the parents and children i work with.

Furthermore, I enjoy reading an informational books. My hobbies is watching different movies i cant deny on my age still i preferred watching animated movies. still child at heart. Living with me is really easy as I am not a demanding person. I do respect that the house is your house and that I have follow your house rules. If something works not quite as it should, I prefer to talk instead of ignoring things. I am also an openminded person don't hesitate to approach me and correct me. I love to be corrected for this is the way to improve myself to be better.

I would love to be your next Au Pair. For me this is a great opportunity to discover your culture and living.
