SUNSHINE, 35 YEARS

Dear host family,

I am happy you went through my au pair profile and I am ready to join your family as soon as possible. Now I would like to tell you something about me. My name is Sunshine , I am 26 years old, single and no children. I am capable of working busy and stressful situation, either or without supervision, I am confident person and people describe me as a friendly, polite, trustworthy, hardworking and honest. It was never involved in any accident already passed by many family and still keep in touch with some of them. It was always a great dream of mine to live and work in a foreign country and I am really excited that it will become in real soon. I would like to go in Denmark because I think it is a beautiful country. I am fascinated by the marvelous landscape and from the nice people. I would love to travel there to have more experience and to have more a lot of friends. As a grow up woman now I have to look forward about my future . . I also love to draw but I really want to enhance it by schooling but we can't afford it so i decided to take up another course and its about electronics. And then I work to a company here in Philippines.

In 2011 to 2013 I decided to work in Singapore as a household, cleaning the house, tidying up , iron the clothes, doing the laundry, baby sitter and help to cook foods. It was hard work but now, I can say that I am very flexible and independent.

Now I would like to tell you something about my experience with children. At first I look after my little niece and as time went by the adults trusted me and so I got more responsibilities. I try (and I naturally try) hard to do my best. I got my first paid job at the age of 14. I just have to look after my neighbors little son and he is 5 yrs.old, while his parents and his older brother were on a party. My tasks is to prepare his food and to change his clothes, and to take him into bed and then to look after him till 4 o'clock in the morning. My job was not very strenuous because he was a nice and quite boy and I was proud that the parents trusted me. I was his nanny for many years and I did a good job. It is not always easy to take care of children but it is a great experience to share some time with them. Play around and some conversation of his a lot of question about many things he would want to know. I have much patience because I trained this skills during my coaching time in the athletic club and during my other baby sitting jobs. I think it is the wrong way to shout at children. I have the strength to set them limits if necessary and I am consequent. I try to be polite, creative and humorous. It is a dream of mine to be in Denmark and I can combine it with a wonderful and interesting job to care for your children. I do not have problems to help in the household. I really love cooking and I like to taste other food. Another hobby of mine is reading. I've read a lot of books about romance and some of my interest about life and nature. I am really interested in arts. Sketching, etc.. And I love listening into music while working because I love music and one of my inspiration during my work. I think that I will be a good aupair.
