RESPONSIBLE AND HARDWORKING AUPAIR FOR YOUR FAMILY. I CAN START ASAP.
Dearest Host Family,
I am Melinda B., Filipino, single and I don’t have my own children. I am from Angono, Rizal, Philippines. I come from a big family of 7. My father is a farmer while my mother is a retired OFW. I have 3 brothers and 1 sister and I am the youngest child. I took up Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at STI and I graduated on May 2010. I describe myself as bubbly, very flexible, patient, responsible and hardworking. I like reading books, I know how to swim, I know how to ride a bike and I also love cooking Filipino dishes. I can speak and understand English fairly. I love being surrounded by kids and I am energetic when I perform house chores. My dream in life is to have is to have a better life.
I am working as a housekeeper and babysitter for 2 years. I am serving a Filipino family with 2 adults with full time jobs and 2 kids (1 Girl-2 years old and 1 Boy-1 year old).
My main tasks as a housekeeper are cleaning every part of the house (Bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen, Comfort Room and outside the house), cooking rice and meals for the whole day, setting up the table and cleaning after eating, wash the used dishes, doing the laundry, ironing, folding of clothes and put them in cabinets, changing bed linen, put the garbage out, watering the plants and flowers in the garden. My main tasks as a babysitter are feeding the kids, take them to shower, change their clothes and diapers, prepare milk bottles, sing lullaby to them, play with their toys, babysitting and put them to bed to sleep,
The reason why I want to go abroad and work as an aupair is because I want to experience something new. I love Philippines but I would like to get out of my comfort zone and experience a new way of living and learn different culture and meet some new friends along the way.
It’s my privilege to be part of your wonderful family and help you out in everyday living in regards with housekeeping and babysitting. I am willing to lend an extra pair of hands to help you ease daily lives and be part of your kid/s childhood. I am happy to be by the side of your kid/s as they are growing up. I will respect your privacy and house rules and if how you want to discipline/supervise your kid/s.
I hope you will contact me.
Thank you for taking your time to read my family letter.
Greetings from Philippines!
Sincerely Yours,
Melinda B.
