GLADYS, 27 YEARS

Dear Host Family, Hello! My name is Gladys, a 27 year old Kenyan currently living in Kenya. I speak Fluent English and Swahili, these are the languages used frequently in our country for everyday communication. In my free time I love reading, singing, dancing, cooking, going out for walks and learning about different cultures. I Love kids, I always find myself having conversations with them, or making goofy faces just to make them smile. I come from a Family of five, My parents are teachers, My Older sister works in the finance sector and my younger brother is still in school. My sister has 2 kids who stay with me during the weekends, or when she needs help during the week days . I have experience living with my sisters kids, I practically raised my younger brother and some of his friends. I am a warm, gentle, friendly, energetic and a very fun person to be around with. I have a Bachelors degree in Community development, and I am currently work as a customer care officer, so I love socializing and helping people in whatever way I can, just to make their lives easier if not better. I love family and I think Family is everything, and as such I would love to help or be part of, even if its just a phase in someone's life.
