YVONNE, 24 YEARS

Dear Families,
My name is Yvonne Ondiso. I was born in Trans-Nzoia County, Kenya. I am the fourth born in a big happy family of ten siblings. My father is by profession and mother is a house wife.
Being the second born sister to my younger siblings has instilled in me a sense of discipline, hard work, and responsibility from a very young age since I had to help my parents in running the daily family chores.
Now aged 20 years, I would like to see the world, fend for myself and even assist my parents and my younger siblings financially.
I would like to be part of an Au Family where I can help them with the hectic family chores that come with raising young children. Am a quick learner and will adapt in your home/family.
With Yvonne as your Au Pair, you don't have to worry about chores like cleaning the house, dishes, and clothes among others. Of course you will teach me how your family runs and what you will like me to do.
After the induction, I will easily adapt to your work schedules and plans and be part of that extra hand in the house.
As an Au Pair I will be part of your children's lives I love children and have learnt to be patient and see them grow and develop. I really hope that you will give me the opportunity to know your children and interact with them. By so doing the cultural exchange will all be smooth for both of us. I would like to learn your local language and the best way to learn is by communicating with your children.
Working as an Au Pair will be a big eye opener for me. I will have the opportunity to experience how different or similar cultures take care of their children. Learn how European children are raised compared to the Kenyan children. I would like to know how the nurseries or day cares function in European Countries. Learn how Western households are run. Living with your family will also help me know the Western values.
