SOFIA, 23 YEARS

Dear host family, My name is Sofia, I'm a 20 years old girl from Italy and currently living in Sweden. I grew up in a multilingual household: I speak Italian, Swedish and English. I'm am the eldest of three siblings and of all my cousins, so I'm used to looking after kids. In the last two years I've enjoyed working as a private language tutor (English and Swedish) for young children ages 5 to 7. I've attended an art high school and specialized in architecture so I like to think I'm a creative person, I can paint and draw which comes in handy when entertaining children. I love listening to music and I enjoy singing around the house or generally living in a joyful environment. I am a strong swimmer, a karate black belt and I've been skiing my whole childhood; I recently moved to Sweden so I'm now starting to enjoy my independence, being an au pair abroad would be the perfect opportunity for me to grow and become an even more independent person while doing what I love the most: exploring new places and different cultures.
