BIANCA, 24 YEARS

Hello potential host family!

My name is Bianca and I am on the look-out for a job as an Au Pair, preferredly in a country where I am able to learn a new language. Cultural differences do also interest me a lot.

I am fluent in German, which is my mother tongue, and English, in which I've had extra lessons since grade five. Additionally, I hold the First Certificate in English (grade A) of the Camebridge University Language Assessment. Thus, I can also teach your child/ren English or German if you want me to. At the moment I try to learn Mandarin.

Furthermore, I graduated in summer 2017 completing my bilingual Abitur, meaning I took some of my exam subjects in English, which is the highest achievable form of graduation except for university in Germany. My core subjects were English and Pedagogics.

I have a little brother who just turned twelve whom I babysit(and have been babysitting when he was younger) from time to time, however, I also did babysitting at other occasions(eg. marriages). Also, I did an internship at a kindergarden, where I dealt with children from two to six years. Since it is possible to be a "godparent"(someone who makes coming to a new school easier and helps the children) to younger people in my elementary school, I was guardian for a six year old when I was eight. Since grade ten(Out of twelve) I hold the goodparenthood for a class of fifthgraders that are new to secondary school. They were in the age group of nine to twelve.

In my free time, I enjoy to play basketball and the guitar.
