JULIETTE, 25 YEARS

Hello, my name is Juliette, I'm 18. I am a student in last year of High School next to Rennes in France. I have had my driving licence since almost 1 year (I will be 19 years old in September). I love to discover new things.
I love nature. I have been a scout since I am 8, and it allowed to me to acquire a lot of hands-on experience, especially with wood's constructions (tables, bench, wood's huts, nodes...). It also allowed me to develop a good sense of solidarity and human relationships. I have had many occasions to help people in difficulty, to relocate, paint, renovate and to take care of animals in shelters... And these are all the fantastic things that I would like to share and transmit to my future family I will au-pair with.
I have always been very close to animals. I have been practising horse riding since I am 4 years old. And despite several falls, I have never stopped loving this sport. I reached the level of "Galop 6.

I know how to be discrete but I also love to have fun. I am always ready for a laugh and love to have good moments. I would like to have an au pair experience abroad, which would be the occasion to share privileged moments with a family and enrich my culture by their side.


- Me-

I am a very kind and caring person who only ask to take care of others. In normal times, I live with my parents and my sister (17 years old) but for my last school year I moved to my aunt's house. My aunt has 2 children (4 and 5 years old). I have therefore, in addition to previous experience, developed and deepened a sense of responsibility and of listening. Indeed, I have also had many opportunities to take care of children while babysitting, managing many activities with success every time.

I have a passion for horse riding (which I currently practise) and for animals in general. I have had animals almost all my life.


- School -

I have followed a classical educational cursus and specialised in economics and social sciences. Thereafter I would like to become a dog trainer or direct myself towards a profession related to the preservation of the environment.



- Me, all around the World -

I have family in Italy and in England so I had the opportunity to go there several times. Therefore I have acquired a level in English and Italian between intermediate and intermediate-advanced (level B2). In addition, I am planning to spend 1 month in the Mexico this Summer with my scout team of 3 persons in a sea turtle rescue and beach cleaning association. I will probably also get involved with children animations.

My personal values leave a lot of place for family, which is why I want to live in a family environment.


I think that taking care of children could allow me to growby taking further responsibilities. This would allow me to share my knowledge and my culture, but also to learn the culture of the country where I will go. One of the most important things for me is to practice the local language everyday.

The au pair experience could allow me to be useful and help a family which needs it. Further, what interests me in this experience is to be in a family to be able to learn their culture. I would not want to left to myself in a country which I don't know. Au pairing would also allow me to meet new people to acquire a work experience for work with real responsibilities.
