LONALYN, 30 YEARS

Hello there! I’m Lonalyn Barcelona but you can call me Lot. I’m 29 years old from Mindanao, Philippines. I am degree holder in Hotel and Restaurant Management with around 7 years of total working experience in hospitality and food industry and human resource. There are a two reasons why I want to become an Au Pair. Honestly, I want to save money to establish my own business in the Philippines. Secondly, I want to come out from my comfort zone and meet new people. With my experience I can be of great help to my host in their needs. I am a hardworking person who is willing to learn and can adapt easily to the environment. Currently, I work as a nanny/household helper for a family here in Singapore since June 2023. I am taking care of two children, a seven year-old boy and 4 year-old girl. I spend most of my days alone at home doing housework like cleaning, laundry, washing dishes and cooking food for dinner while my employers are at work and the kids are in school and student care. I can also take care of pets especially dogs, as I am also a dog owner myself.
