Dear Future Host Family, My name is Rose, 29 years old from the Philippines 🇵🇭. I'm currently working here in United Arab Emirates 🇦🇪 I'm one of the people who wants to be an au pair, and I hope you'll choose me to join your family. I would describe myself as independent, reliable, optimistic, thoughtful, patient, kind, selfless, and trustworthy. I do believe that these are the personality traits and skills needed to be an au pair. I want to be an au pair because I want to experience and learn more about the culture and language of a European country. I can also assure you that I am reliable when it comes to taking care of your kids when you are not at home and treat them like my own family. Since I have a nephew and niece here in the UAE and my sister often asks me to watch them on weekend when their nanny is off, I have ample time to babysit & play to my nephew and niece. We didn't have a maid growing up, and our parents trained us to be self-reliant, which included performing housework without assistance. Therefore, you can expect me to assist you in any way possible with domestic duties and anything else for which you require assistance. Working in cultural diversity helps me see the world from different points of view and makes me feel at ease working with people of different nationalities. The more we interact with others, the more we can build bridges to trust, respect, and understanding across cultures.
