ROXCIL, 28 YEARS

Hi! It’s nice to be in here and seeing beautiful parents with their beautiful kids. Anyway, I am Roxcil, 25 years old and living in the Philippines. I am the eldest in the four siblings and an aunt to my nephew and niece. I don't have a Professional Aupair experience but I can execute aupair tasks smoothly because looking after kids, cooking, and doing house hold chores is not new to me. I am a graduate of Bachelors of Science in Food Technology and has a 3 years professional experience in this field. Moreover, in the occurrence of pandemic it drives my interest to pursue the study of Nursing because many people are dying and ill in times of pandemic that are in need of holistic care from the nurses. Currently, I am a nursing student. What makes me want to be an Aupair? it is my desire to be part of a third-parties family and provide care to their kids. I want to share my knowing in providing care and be a good role model to the young kids. Due to pandemic I will be off-school because clinical duty is not allowed yet. With this, I want to take break from school temporarily and I want my off-school become productive by being a good and educated Aupair for my soon to be host family. As young independent adult, I am very positive and optimistic about life. I know the value and importance of time and work ethics. Also, with my curiosity of cultures I have been travelled to 5 countries before the Covid-19 hits globally. My last travel was on 2019 where I was an exchange visitor in the USA. Visiting new countries and meeting new people is one of the most beautiful experience I have encountered. With this, I hope that I would also give a positive impact to my host family in the future.
