ANN, 32 YEARS

I am Ann Francis Genove. I’m a 29 year-old Filipino who loves singing and caring for other people like most Filipinos do. I am the eldest in the family, I have two brothers a 10 year-old and a 14-year old. I am very close with my siblings considering our age gaps. I have been my siblings’ personal tutor and I really enjoyed it. I love teaching them new things, telling them stories and at the same time I also learn from them. As the eldest in the family, I was trained to become a responsible person. From doing the household chores like cleaning the house, washing the dishes, doing some laundry to taking care of my siblings, preparing food while my parents are away and helping them with their homeworks. I am a family-oriented person, they are my top priority in life and I’d do anything for them. I would love to share to other people the love and care I show to my family.

I want to be an Au Pair because I want to explore other places and their culture. And through this program, I believe, that it can provide me with the most worthwhile experience, gain new knowledge and expand my horizons and on top of that improve myself as a person. It has always been my dream to live and work in a foreign country and I am very excited that it will soon be a reality.
