KIMBERLY, 29 YEARS

Hi future host family! I am Kimberly, you can call me Kim. I live in the Philippines.

I came from a big family, I have two older brother and two younger sister. Being the eldest daughter of the family, I became a babysitter to my 2 younger siblings.

Being an elder sister has taught me to become more understanding to kids and it's a good thing to see them grow happily. I've developed so much patience whether with playing in the park, teaching homework, running around, playing toys and even putting them to sleep. These traits would help a family or two to help them get through with their everyday routine because speaking from experience, I know it's a bit challenging to have kids around without a helping hand from others as I've experienced it as being the big sister while my parents were away for work.

Currently, I am working in government as a Job order employee but I want a breather and to get out of my comfort zone and so I want to become an Au pair because it's a great way to develop other skills such as being able to learn another language, experience their culture and meet new people!
