DECEREE, 30 YEARS

Hi Family!

I would like to introduce myself to your family, my name is Deceree Joyce. I am 26 years old, single and no kids. I graduated Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Saint Louis University. My father is an auto-mechanic whereas my mother is a plain housewife. I am the eldest child in the family and I have three brothers.

When it comes to my personality, I am nice, respectful, independent and friendly. My hobbies are reading the bible, going to the church and playing badminton. I enjoy cooking food, I usually cook adobo, sinigang, paksiw, spaghetti and carbonara. I am very interested to learn how to cook food that you are eating at your home. I can speak and understand English well. I can also teach English to your kids if you want.

Starting June 30, 2015 up to the present time, I am working as a helper and nanny. I am helping a busy Filipino family, both parents are working and they have two kids named Charles (10 years old boy) and Reyana (8 years old girl) and they also have a shih tzu dog named Kylie aged 6 months old.

My responsibilities in the house are as follows: cleaning inside and outside the house, sweeping in the backyard, mopping the floor, vacuuming carpet, dusting furniture, defrosting and cleaning the refrigerator, wiping the windows, making beds, washing, drying, ironing and folding of clothes, cooking and prepare breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner, manually washing the dishes and emptying trash can.

My responsibilities in the kids are as follows: wake them up in the morning, assist them in bathing and brushing their teeth, give them their meals, prepare their clothes or uniform, pack their school bag and lunch boxes, bring them to school, pick up the kids from school after classes, give them snacks, milk and vitamins and medicine if they are sick, help them with their homework and project and play toys and games with them.

My responsibilities in the pet are as follows: giving dog food and drinking water to the dog.

I am determined to be an aupair because I want to lend my helping hand to a host family who needs assistance in their daily living in terms of housekeeping and child-caring. As an aupair, I can also have the chance to travel to your country, visit the local places, meet the people in the area and gain new knowledge about the language you are speaking and cultural activities in your country.

I hope you will give me a chance to be part of your family as your aupair. I will do my very best and exert effort to be the best aupair for your family.
