Dear future Host Family,

I´m seeking for a host family to help with. First of all I want to thank you for reading my letter and for giving me the chance to give you a little impression of me and the reasons why I would like to become an Au Pair. My name is Sharmaine, 24 years old and I currently reside in the Philippines. My parents, my small brothers and I live in a house where I grew up with a nice big garden and I am happy that my family support my wish to become an au pair. Also my bestfriend worked as an au pair in Germany and she told me a lot about their culture and learning new languages, and now doing an FSJ, so I decided to apply as an au pair to gain international experience. I´m currently working as a Babysitter of 2 small kids and one month old baby. I absolutely love children! I am a patient, calm person, I also have a great relationship with kids. I am an outgoing and funny person, committed and reliable able, I have been raised in a family with core values such as respect, love, charity, integrity, and where no lies are acceptable. I'm so ready to get into this journey, and guarantee you will not regret choosing me. There are several reasons why I want to become an Au Pair. The most important reason of course is that I like children. I love them, because they represent all the innocence which we lost growing up. I love seeing how they develop and learn new things every day. Furthermore, I want to improve my English skills, meet new people and I’m sure, one year far away from home will let me grow more as a person
