SHIREAN, 33 YEARS

Dear future host family,
 
I have a background education in Midwifery, but due to financial challenges my family was facing, I haven’t got the chance to finish my bachelor degree.
I am currently working as an Au Pair in the Netherlands and had two year au pair experience in Norway as well. We’ re seven in the family and I’m the eldest. I have four siblings. We are truly a happy and loving family. We enjoy gardening together and it is our favourite bonding time. We also have farm animals too.  I am very fond of kids. I love taking care of them because I could see my younger siblings in them. It feels like they are my younger brothers and sisters too.
I also love cooking, listening to music, and sharing bedtime stories with kids. If I have spare time, I most likely spend it outside like strolling in the park and enjoying the sun. I do mountain hiking and it interest me so much because it makes me appreciate the beauty of nature and its wonders. My favourite hobby is gardening because it makes me stress-free and more relaxed.
I am passionate about travelling because it helps me get out of my comfort zone. I wish to explore modern danish architectures because it amazes me. I hope to learn more about the Danish culture. I am a person who prefers to stay at home and spend quality time with family. I am trained by Technical Education and Skills Development Authority to do household chores. I realized I have to step up in life because I am the eldest and I stand as bread winner of the family.
I know in myself that I’m capable of being a good au pair for your family because my outgoing personality, experiences, and my education with exemplary qualifications makes me a strong candidate. I do believe that there is a strong parallel between my skills and with the au pair requirements you are looking for. I would be grateful if I could share my interest with your children because I love children and find nothing more rewarding than caring them.
