MINERVA, 34 YEARS

Dear Host Family,

I hope this letter finds you well.

My name is Minerva, a Filipina who is looking for a family to work with. You may call me "Erva" as my short name. My nationality may not be included in your list of preferences but I am taking this chance to show how kind, hard-working, patient, loving and caring Filipinos are.

I have worked with a family with 2 young kids as my part-time job while studying, and I am proud to say that they became my second home. I was the kid's tutor at home, I prepare almost everything for them, bring them to school, pick them up, and watch out for them during their extracurricular activities. After school, I also do some light housework. All these were done while I struggling to finish my studies, and luckily enough, I graduated in 2013.

I finished a Bachelor's degree, and I am currently working in a call center, and these gave me a well-trained environment to be fluent in speaking English as my second language. I am a fast learner and willing to adapt to your cultures, learn your language, interact with other nationalities as much as I am willing to undergo additional courses or training if required.

I am an adventurous woman. I travel and do extreme activities from mountain climbing, cliff diving, to swimming, camping, and any sort of outdoor activities and if you want to share the same passion with me, I appreciate it too.

I am currently working out with getting a driver's license as well, which may be of help if you need a ride.
