ANNIE, 28 YEARS

Dear future host family,

It's my honor to share with you the glimpse of my simple life story. Thank you for taking the time to consider me.

My name is Annie and I'm 24 years old. I was born in the Philippines, Davao City. I studied Criminology as my Bachelor's degree and finished it last 2016 same year I passed my licensure as Criminologist. I worked there for 2 years as a call center agent and a part time English Online Teacher for kids. My life back then was pretty stable, I can sustain my family's needs and as well my tuition for my Masters degree. Until I decided to change my career and went abroad last 2019 as Assistant Teacher here in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The experience was pretty awesome and my work became my safe haven since I am surrounded with kids. I admit it was a bit challenging since I also assist children that needs special care, but all in all, the efforts and hardwork are all worth it especially when they are having fun while learning and would get excited to do it again. Also, working with people from different countries is really delightful, though I've never been in their places, but their life stories already took me there.

It would be the greatest opportunity for me if I will be given a chance to work with you my future host family. With that, I will assure that I will pour my very best in giving you my hardwork and effort of taking care of the kids and you as well. If going extra mile needs to be done, my courage and willingness is always ready.
