LOVE, 29 YEARS

Dear Family,

My name is Love. I am 24 years old (female). I currently live in Singapore since I am working as babysitter/domestic helper. My home address is at Jagna, Bohol, Philippines. I come from a family of 6: My parents, Rodulfo and Imelda run a small business. I’am the 2nd child among the four siblings.
I accompany my host kid in strolling parks, picnic, I also teach her to write her name. I always make sure she drinks her vitamins and eat well. Aside from that I’am also incharge in cleaning the house and some cooking, I wash the clothes and the dishes. Clean the rooms and organize things. Mostly, my day off is every Sunday but if my employer needs me I just stay with them and accompany them in malls or if they have dinner I babysit the kid in the evening.
I am interested to study the ways how foreign people live by living with a host family. I am interested to learn different languages to be able to commuicate diffrent people with diffrent languges. I love taking good care of children. Teaching a child is my passion to mold them a better individual and to let them showcase their talents like dancing, singing, acting and even drawing.
The reasons why I want to be an Au Pair is to study the culture of the family I am with. I am willing to learn the language they use. Earn Global experience that demonstrates to employers that I am self-reliant, adventurous, open-minded, resourceful, and able to tackle issues with a broad frame of mind and shows I can be relied upon to travel for work if necessary. The experience is perceived as responsible that I am proactively working, earning an income, and learning about another culture. It’s an extremely smart and practical way of seeing the world for those are interested in doing so.
