Hello Future Family Host! 🥰 My name is Roslyn, Filipina and I am years old. You surely get a lot of these letters from prospective Au Pairs 🥹, but rest assured, you will not regret reading about my reasons why I want to become your Au Pair.😃 I really love to be an Au Pair, I love to learn different languages, cultures, and lifestyles. I hope I can join you soon. 😊 I am a graduate of BS Nutrition-Dietetics and passed the Licensure Examination year 2017. I am currently living with my aunt and brother, two dogs 🐶, a cat🐱, and chickens 🐔 in La Trinidad, Benguet, which is known as the Strawberry Capital of the Philippines 🍓. My dad lives in a different province, taking care of his farm👨‍🌾. My older sister lives in Japan with her husband and their two kids 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. My mom recently passed September 2022 when I was currently employed in Taiwan, and I was not able to attend my mom's funeral due to a pandemic😔. It was a devastating moment, but I need to be strong for myself. I came home last April and visited my sister and her family in Japan for the month of August. I helped my niece and nephew with their school activities while my sister was at work. My niece 👧 grew up in Japanese culture and struggled to speak English, so she decided to join the English Club. I helped her in the English speech contest and she won 2nd prize 🏆. I have been training my niece to play chess too ♟️. My nephew 👦 is hyperactive. I played along with him for hours, until he decided to color his books or play with his lego. At the moment, I am a part-time nursery worker, selling potted flowers 🪴 at my cousin's shop. In my spare time, I sing 🎤 or dance 💃 along with Tiktok, bake 🧁🍪 or cook snacks, watch handicraft videos, watch anime or either plant flowers or fruits in the backyard. I promise, If I will be your Au Pair, you can depend on me. I am responsible person, hardworking, patient and kind.
