JORE, 35 YEARS

Dear family,

My name is Jore Joy D. Olarte, 29 years old from Philippines. Me and my family live in South Cotabato province, we live in a house where I grew up with A nice environment and I am happy that my family supports my wish to become au pair.

I come from a family of 4: My parents are both employed. I have 1 older brother and his married with 3 childrens.

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Management Accounting.

My first language is, of course, Bisaya and I am also flient in English. I started learning English in my primary school, I have n addition been taking courses taught in English at university.

When it comes to work experiences I can assure you that I am suit/fit in the position as an au pair. I am a former nanny in Singapore for 2 years. My works include taking care of childrens, cooking and all the household chores. I am also a former au pair in Norway for 2 years. My duties are taking care of childrens, send and pick up kids in school,babysitting, Cooking dinner, doing household chores.

After, My Au pair visa ends I went to bible school for 1 year in Oslo, Norway. I also work a part time cleaning lady. In there I have learned alot and meet new people. We went in a mission trip in Romania to serve and help less fortunate people. We organized for them and took part in recreational indoor and outdoor activities: we sang, danced, played games, role played, drew, painted, and stories. We also make food for them, help them cleaning, carpenting and painting pinches.

I would describe my self as very friendly person, happy, reliable, open minded, passionate, flexible, easy to be with person and well trained in terms of household responsibility. I have a good working ethics. And a good reference from my previous host and people whom I work before.

When it comes to leisure, I take pleasure in the simple things in life. I enjoy outdoors, being with my friends, going for walks, visiting places I have not been to, and reading a good book.

As far as a preferences are concerned, I am looking for a live-in arrangement with a host family, that would be happy to have me stay with and work for them.

I would be happy to have the opportunity to speak with you, to answer wahaterver questions you may have about me or my childcare experiences, to learn more about your family, your interests and to know more about what you expect from the au pair arrangement.
