DIVINE, 31 YEARS

Dear family,

My name is DIVINE DE GUZMAN. I am 24 years old and I am from the Philippines.

It was always a dream of mine to live and work in a foreign country. As a matter of fact, my major when I was in college is Bachelor of Arts in English. I do believe that my knowledge in English language can be of great help for me to be able to travel and work abroad.

I am currently working as an (ESL) English teacher in an International Academy. I teach children ages 5 to 13; teens ages 14 to 18; and young adults from 19 to 34 years old. They are Koreans, Chinese, Japanese, Arabians, Egyptians, and Africans. With their diverse cultures, I really enjoy teaching them. I also enjoy being with foreigners especially with children. It is not that difficult since I’ve been taking care of my younger sister, my nieces and nephews since we have a large family.

Having foreign friends and family will be a great thing for me. Being able to be in Europe and learn the culture will be an amazing journey. With that being said, I hope that I am suitable for your family as an Au pair. I want to start my journey abroad with a family that I can be of great help. You can expect that as a part of the family, I will do my duties and responsibilities. I am comfortable in taking care of children and doing the house chores.
