ROLYN, 33 YEARS

Dear Family,

I am Rolyn Puig Yap, 25 years old, male,from the Philippines. I am a college graduate
here in the Philippines with a degree of Bachelors of Science in Nursing, and I am
already a registered/licensed Nurse here in our country. I have a good communication
skills, I can mingle with people easily and I have the fluency when it comes to English.
I am a type of person who is willing to learn and to expand my knowledge even more
especially with the things that I'm new with. I'm a positive person in every aspects of my
life and doesn't give up easily. I am very Flexible which I can fit-in in every situations
even if troubles or trials arises. I love to cook and very much willing to learn your
cuisines and your specialties and delicacies.

I also love kids and I am positive in dealing with kids, because I used to help my
mother in taking care of my 2 younger brothers and my 2 nephews, i help them in dressing up, prepare a meal for them, i*m making their lunch box,and also pick them up in school,In line with this, I’m even more connected to kids because of being rotated as a nurse in pediatric department in my present hospital that I am currently connected . I can say that it really felt good and satisfied especially when my pediatric patients were being discharged from the hospital with an improved health status.

Regarding In cleaning i work a part time hotel cleaner in our place i really know how to clean so you don't have to worry about it. i do dusting, vacuuming, washing floors, change linens and bedings and laundry.

I am a pet lover i have 2 dogs and 1 cat and i consider them as a member of the family.

Being a skilled nurse, I can contribute a lot during any forms of crisis since I’m
being rotated also in the Emergency room for almost 5 months to consider things about
first aid, and other medical interventions and remedies to people who are casualties of
any calamities or even emergency cases which I can share to others especially to you
as my Host Family.

I am a very understanding, well-mannered guy, charming and a lovable person. I
