RAVINA, 26 YEARS

Dear host family, I am already very excited about getting to know you. But first, I would like to introduce myself to you. My name is Ravina R. Ferrer I am 26 years old and from an Urbanized city named Cebu in the Philippines. and I’m living with my family of 5, I am the youngest. And as I’m working locally as a customer service representative, I'm also helping at home. As an aspiring au pair, I’m going to help take care of the children in my host family. In addition, I will help with everyday household tasks such as setting the table for dinner, emptying the dishwasher or occasionally helping to take care of a family pet and I’m doing these duties at home right now as we speak, I asked myself why not do it in a different country where I can learn another culture with a another family abroad. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Airline Management in 2017, I love traveling, learning new languages and different cultures, meeting new people, and making memories. I would like to provide excellent care for your children while ensuring their safety and well-being. I have worked in Customer Service for many years, and these are the skills I have attained through those years– active listening, communication, time management, adaptability and Empathy. And I want to these skills to use as an Au pair. I would love to indulge with new experiences in another country with my new family. I am searching for a host family, that would be happy to have me as part of the family, who will welcome me in their home, because I am willing to learn new cultures and languages. I am looking forward to a long stay with my host family, for a year or more depending on the connection formed with the family. If I am given a chance to be your au pair, rest assured that I will give my 100% love to your child, and we’ll have great memories together. I know that we have different cultures and personalities Also we can learn much about the different cultures from each other. but please know that I’m willing to learn and I’ll embrace whatever differences we have.
