JIELYN, 25 YEARS

Hello, Good day. I am Jielyn Sasota From Quezon province Philippines. I am 25 years old and applying for the said position. I am graduate of Secondary Education Major in English. I have a background of teaching, I took this course because I love to write. I didn't`t choose it as career because I wanted to do something I was good at. I graduated last 2020, and until now I don`t have a full time job. During pandemic, I found a side hustle in a network marketing. I was doing it for almost 2 year and decided to explore a new endeavor. What we were doing it persuade a qualified client, give them what guidance they need. Duplicate our skills and knowledge about the business. We have saying that, If you take good care of your clients, your clients will take good care of your business. I have decided to explore a new endeavor, I`ve been a call center agent in Inspiro Relia Inc, in their seasonal account just this year. It was about 6 months. I was Assign to MON Que, which Includes: Resolve the issue of Customer, regading their order. we suggest other product and give them a discount. If the cx didn't agree we were doing a refund. We were also the one who called the FedEx incase of redeliveries of the item, we were also assigned to contact the shop incase the product does not available, we emailed cx incase we can`t contact them in their phone number. After this work, I`m doing side hustle like being a photographer in events. I did also editing using canva. lightroom and snapseed , picarts. I did also used ChapGPT to announce an event, ask a basic question, ask the details I need or even the right word to say. Aside from this, I did also tutored 2x a week. When it comes to my strength and weaknesses. My strength is my courage. My courage to stand/ speak out for other people especially if that person doesn't`t have the ability to speak for themselves. My weakness is, I tend to overthink a a lot when I feel overwhelmed about the task in front of me especially when I am new in the place , However, I`ve been been developing an effective ways and strategies so for not be overwhelm. Like beaking down the least to most important prioritize and effective steps to solve each of the tasks. This weakness is abit challenging and I always remind myself that.. there is always room for growth and improvement. Hope, you considered my application because I`ve been looking for stable job. I am will to learn though out the process, do give me a chance. Thank you
