KATRINA, 37 YEARS

Dear Family,

I am looking for a family in Norway or Denmark. I can start once my employment contract here in Malaysia ends. My expected starting date will be 1st week of APRIL 2016.

My name is Katrina, Single and 28 years-old (female), passionate about experiencing life and different cultures all over the world.

I am independent person, who accepts responsibility, takes initiative, is quick thinking and does not wait for instructions. I love children and I can support your family in everyday life. I am open minded, easy going and nice Au pair with experience.

I have learnt getting along with Chinese, Malay and Indian people too. I really enjoyed playing with the kids. I love photography, gardening, learning new things, trying new food.

My Dad used to be a Carpenter making wooden furniture’s and Mom Used to do the varnishing of the finished products but after Dad undergone successful kidney surgery and survived his prostate cancer, he no longer works now and just stay at home with my Mom.

I am the 2nd Eldest Child among 5 siblings. We are all 5 girls. I was 18 years old when I graduated my 2 year Diploma in Midwifery Education.

While I am studying, I worked as a stay in domestic helper to a Chinese family of 5 adults with 2 dogs to save money from lodging and to earn money for school allowance and miscellaneous fees.

After finishing my 2 year diploma Course, I started to work as a Live in Care Giver and all around Domestic Helper here in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I worked here since 2009 up to present. I am taking care of 2 kids. Namely Julie she is 6 years old and Kana she is 4 years old.

In the morning, I would make breakfast for the Family. In the afternoon, depending on the day I pick up the kids from school, taking care of homework, bringing them to sports, music and friends etc. I also do preparing dinner and helping around the house. Occasionally, I need to babysit for an evening.
It’s also my responsibility to do the shopping, tidying up, watering plants, washing the dishes and cooking pots, washing, folding and ironing the laundry, and a cleaning.
