Dear future Host Family, I'm Marhlien Avellana, currently living in the Philippines. I'm 26 years old, single with no kids. I'm a graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. I help my sister, who is a single mother, in raising and caring for her 3-year-old daughter. I used to take care of my cousins when they are still young and I also babysit my nephew and niece. I am from a large family as well. I can handle more challenging situations since I have a patient and calm disposition, such as when the kids are weary or misbehaving. I can handle household duties and I can cook.
