JEAH, 27 YEARS

Being the eldest among my 7 siblings, I’ve become independent in an early age. I was a working student and helped myself with my studies during high school days until I got into college but unfortunately I wasn’t able to finished my college degree. I worked while studying as a housekeeper and took care the children of my bosses. As the eldest sister to my siblings, I became their guardian whenever my parents were not around. When we were a little, my parents had a small business as a street vendor and they just left us at home, my parents taught me on how to become independent and because of that I became self-disciplined. I have learned how to cook, clean, organize and even took care of my siblings. Growing up, from my own experiences, I have learned that life has full of challenges and failures but it is not the reason to give up with your dreams but instead make it the reason why you should keep going because when you have perseverance and consistency with your dreams, success will happen. I consider myself as a kind, caring, thoughtful, honest, outgoing and love adventures, family-oriented, mature, responsible.
