KRISTARAH, 29 YEARS

Hi, My name is Kristarah. I am 28 years old living in the Philippines. I have a bachelor's degree in accounting technology. I am currently working as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a small restaurant. I describe myself as a jolly person, a hard worker and a great multi tasker. I've developed my quality of being a multitasker from my work experienced. I am very optimistic about life. I am also an active member in my church community. I am a Baptist. I teach children bible stories in our church every Sunday. I am the kind of person that don't want to work in the Office or in a four cornered room. I love jobs that you exert energy or physical works. I am very active. I also love playing sports. I am a Volleyball and Badminton player in my community. I always tend to join competitions because that's what I love doing the most. If I have just given the chance to join professional sports, I would do it, but I didn't have that opportunity growing up. I also have five dogs because I love pets. I don't have an official experience being an Au pair, but I am currently taking care of my mother as she has High blood pressure and Heart enlargement. I also have experienced taking care of children, which is my nephew and niece because their parents are working abroad. Basically, I am the one cooking their meals, preparing their school uniforms, helping with their homework and driving them to school, they are 9 and 13 years old already, so they can take care of themselves for a little bit now. Their parents are staying in here in the Philippines already so I decided to apply as an Au pair to other countries to experience life outside my comfort zone while giving the host family with the best services I can give to them. Even though I am working as an assistant manager right now, I don't find any passion on it and so I decided to pursue what really interests me. I would like to become an Au pair because I wanted to help families who's in need of help with their children and with house chores in order for them to go to work while I enjoy also learning about other cultures aside from mine and I also get to experience to live in a different country.
