APPLE, 28 YEARS

Dear host family, Hi, My name is Apple Shane Clete, 27 years old, single and currently living in the Philippines. To give you a short background about myself, I previously work as an analyst for 3 years in an international company here in the Philippines. My hobbies includes traveling, reading, listening to music, singing in karaoke, browsing the internet, organizing our house, teaching my little cousins on their homework and taking care of them. My loving family consist of 6 members, my father, mother, older sister, older brother, me and my younger sister. This is my first time applying for this cultural exchange program and was heavily inspired by my older sister who previously worked as an au pair in 5 different countries in Europe ( Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Norway). I'm a dedicated, compassionate and responsible woman full of dreams. I can also adopt things easily, I am an honest person and have a positive attitude towards others. I want to be an Au pair because I want the possibility it gives to young people like me to spend some time abroad, learn more about different culture, improve my skills in a foreign language and explore diversities. I also want to share my experiences in taking care of children in a meaningful way and also share my own culture and associate childcare with a year full of adventure, study and travel. I am looking forward to being a part of the family. I would love to become your Au Pair because I love children and enjoy spending time with them. For more than 10 years, I took care of children of all ages from my aunts and cousins. I'm also good in doing some household chores. I am prepared and I am well aware of the fact that like a big sister for your children comes along with responsibilities for them and it will not always be just playing and fun.
