BUBBLY, SWEET AND RESPONSIBLE FUTURE AU-PAIR
Dear future host family.
My name is Juliane and I'm a 19-year-old girl, who just graduated from high school in June.
I'm bubbly, happy, and respectful and love to try new things. After 13 years of school, I'm ready to leave my home in Denmark and get new challenges.
Could you be the new family that I'm searching for? I certainly hope <3
Ever since I was little I have always been the giggly, silly, and happy girl who always puts a smile on people's faces.
I'm a very extroverted and open person, who loves to meet new people and try new things. I do love staying in with a cup of tea under the blankets though :)
Despite the silly girl, I can of course, also be serious and will always try to solve problems in the best way possible.
I am very responsible, punctual, and neat when it comes to working, schedules, and daily assignments, as well as living in a household with others but myself.
I have always been taking my education very seriously, which also translates to my prior jobs and personal life. If I go in for something, I take it 100% seriously to get the best outcome.
I have a younger brother and sister, whom I have been babysitting and supported my whole life.
My brother is 10 years old and was diagnosed with autism when he was 4, and by that, I have learned how to take care of children with special needs, even in the hardest times. This has especially made me patient and able to deal with him in tough situations.
Besides always being around to take care of my siblings, I have worked as a riding instructor for kids between 5 and 14 years. The three years I taught the kids how to behave around horses, also taught me how to be patient, as well as making the kids feel safe when learning something new.
Lastly, I have 9 cousins whom I have always been close with. In my big family, we always make family gatherings full of life and laughs.
I come from a very loving family, that I have always felt completely safe in. My parents have been divorced my whole life, but that hasn't had the slightest impact on my childhood. It has only made me even more adaptable to different routines. I have always lived 50/50 at my mom's and dad's houses, and therefore have a very close relationship with both of them. They both live in the same town, where I have been growing up my whole life. On my mom's side of the family, I live with her, my stepdad, and my younger brother who's 10, and my sister who's 7. We also both have a dog and a cat. My mom, Camilla, works as a health professional who assesses elderly people and the ability to get assistive devices. My stepdad, Flemming, works as an accountant for the Danish tax system. My brother, Alex, who has been diagnosed with autism since he was 4, attends a school for children with special needs. Lastly, my little sister, Nanna, attends the same elementary school that I went to as well.
At my dad's house, it's just him and I. We have been living in the same house my whole life. He works as a business engineer and we often go on vacations to a lot of new countries. We love to experience new cities and secret spots but have always traveled to London in the fall because we love it there.
I live in a small city in the countryside of Denmark, about 30 minutes from Copenhagen. I love the countryside, but also find the big cities fascinating.
Besides taking care of your children, I can cook (quite well I would say), clean, and do laundry. As written, I have a lot of experience with animals as well (and love the furry friends very much), so it's only a plus if You have a four-legged friend in the family.
I hope to find a lovely family who will take me under their wings, including me into their family, and show me how they live their lives and stand together. I'm very open and excited to learn new things and get to know you.
