Thank you for taking the time to read my letter.
My name is Katja. I am a happy 21 years old Danish girl. Last summer graduated from high school. Thereafter I was an au pair in France, for a family of four for 6 months, it was a really great experience, I loved spending time with the kids as well as the parents. I was taking care of a 3-year old boy, who loves to play with cars and draw, and a 9-year old girl, who loves to play board games and spend time outdoors.
I like to spend my spare time with my family and friends. Besides that, I enjoy cooking – especially making pastries :-) I live an active life. My family and I spend a lot of time enjoying nature with outdoor activities such as biking, bathing, walks and traveling. We like travel to foreign countries to experience different cultures. During my education, I have been exchange student in both France and Spain.
I think being an au pair is a great opportunity to get to know a foreign family. I would love to become a part of a new family and experience their culture. I think one of the many benefits of being an au pair is that I get to spend a lot of time with children along with many new experiences.
