NANCY, 32 YEARS

Hello there! My name is Nancy and I am 29 years old. I am from Costa Rica. I am an active person, and I love any type of sport, that is why I am studying physical education by virtual class because of pandemic. I am honest, truthful, and I speak my mind. I am a person who is willing to help in all areas such as; cleaning, cooking, taking care the children. I adore children of all ages, and have a fondness for animals, especially dogs. I am a quick learner, and am constantly seaking new ways to improve my skills. If there is something i need to learn to perform my task better, then i will achieve it. I am also known to have green fingers, as i love to raise plants and flowers. When i arrived in Denmark, the only language i knew was Spanish. In the 1 year and 3 months since i have been here, i have learnt English, and am on my way to learning Danish. I stepped into the unknown within several areas, and i feel that i thrive in this environment. My Mother taught me to never give up on your dreams, and she is my motivation.
I want to be an Au Pair because I love to work with children. I have a lot of patience. I know this already as I have been fortunate to have already worked with children before. I would prefer to live on the premises so that I could be more attentful to the children in case of emergencies or late hours of the night. If living on premises is not possible, i will try to find a place to rent as close as possible to the kids. I am naturally gifted in dealing with children, as I have had a lot of experience with them. In my culture, from where I am from, it is common that family members help other family members with children. So I have had many children between my hands. I have also worked with children in physical education classes; Swimming, Gymnastics, Dance, Athletics. I love to create motivating environments, invent physical games and activities and help to stimulate the children's excitement and curiosity for the world.
