MARÍA, 25 YEARS

My name is María, I am 20 years old, and I am a second-year English student at the University (So excuse my lack of writing ability) I come from a family of a mom, a dad, and two young siblings of 9 and 15 years old. Both of my parents work full time, so I am in charge of taking care of my brothers and clean the house. At this moment, since I am studying for being a teacher, what I most want in the world is to get experience from this journey and grow up as a person. I really would love to help a family and support them with taking care of the kids and develop a good relationship with them. As I said before, I have two brothers that I have been taking care of since I was 15 (At that moment my brothers were 11 and 4 years old.) The last two years I have been doing classes for little kids, teaching them English, helping with their homework twice a week, and taking care of them for the night when their parents need a little break from the stress of work.
I have a good relationship with kids, I can do crafts with them, play video games, take them to parks, draw, and cook with them. In addition, I have experience with introverted kids that need more emotional support and attention.
I have a calm, kind, sensitive, hardworking personality, and in my school days, I was named the most charitable student of my generation. I have a special taste for arts, music, painting and makeup; I love to travel and meet new people, learn different languages ​​and cultures, and I love walking through the streets of unknown cities and towns. After my Au Pair, I plan to return to my country to continue studying to finish my career, although if that is the case, I would love to remain AuPair for at least one more time.
