LAURA, 24 YEARS

Dear family, My name is Laura, I am from Brazil 🇧🇷 and have 21 years old. Right now, I am studying to become a pharmacist! Daily tasks, lots of conversation, lots of playing games and having fun! . I was raised taking care of my cousins (mostly when they are aged 0,4-3 years old) during vacation, and of my sister (she is now 12 years old) giving them food, lots of fun, and the best gentle head rub they ever had (in Brazil we have a word for that - Cafuné). This last summer, I took care of an boy with autism (he is 15), giving him attention, food, and a good football match, because of him and his amazing family, I learned a lot of compassion, patience, and love. I believe myself to be a responsible, optimistic and organized person. I am a what we call an observer and more a thinking person than a “felling” one. I am also ery cautious. I love to listen to old and new stories. Unfortunately, I am lactose intolerant so sometimes I can’t eat dairy (pizza, milk, ice cream… 😭) I am available to start in July/2023 This would be my first experience as an Au Pair. I am in Brazil at this moment.
