ISABELE, 26 YEARS

Hello everyone!

I'm a 22 years old ex kindergarten teacher in Brazil and soon ex au pair in Germany with a lot of experience regarding toddlers and children.
As au pair here I had the chance to take care of 3 kids, of 7, 5 and 1 year old each, the last baby had down syndrome and she's the most wonderful baby! Within this family I used to pick them up at school/KiTa, cooking them meals, playing with them, putted to sleep some days, and also did domestic services like keeping everythin tidy and organized, especially in the kitchen and living room, I organized kids room, did laundry for kids and so on. We had a really great time but sadly the VISA here can't be renewed for one year more, so that's why I'm searching for a new family as I had an amazing experience being au pair so far and would like to continue.

About my time in the kindergarten, it was a pleasant job as I have had the chance to see the world being discovered and interpreted by the unique perspective of each one of my students, specially during the music classes, the art classes and the playtime as well, which are their daily activities that I love to do the most with them; besides that, my routine include helping with the snack time, the bath time, teach them some english during the classes, putting them to sleep on the nap time and entertaining the children during the playtime; we also tell them stories, we play games, draw, sing, play in the sand, and so on; by the way, some of them now can even have a simple conversation in english with us, teachers, which I consider to be one of our greatest rewards.

Talking a bit about me, I'm vegetarian, animal lover and I really stand up for this! My favourite flavour is the sweet, I'm very emotional, although cheap romantic comedy doesn't convince me - it has to be real, a raw feeling so I can relate - by the way if there's something that makes me really glad on a daily basis is watching a movie, reading a book or listening to some music that leaves me speechless and changes my mood completely wherever I am; maybe as good as that is to be swimming, cycling or just walking in a park just thinking about life.
I believe we can make our little worlds better - the ones we build up inside us and can be connected to other living creatures’ worlds - by showing compassion and putting ourselves in the others’ place.

If our worlds are destined to be connected, we shall see.
