I'm Eve, a Brazilian girl - from the South of Brazil - what makes me a 'gaucha'. I'm known for being a 'pocket full of smiles' and I truly like this description once I believe life is too beautiful for wasting time in a bad mood.
Some questions that are probably on your mind right now:
1. Why do I want to be an Au Pair?
In 2015 I started doing a voluntary work at a DayCare Center in a poor community in Brazil. It was a life-changing experience. I took care of children from 3 to 6 and they touched my heart somewhere I didn't even know that existed. Guess what?! I fell in love with working with kids and I decided to do it not just a volunteer project but as a daily basis experience.
After finishing my MBA I crossed the ocean and landed in the Netherlands to experience life with a Dutch family, study and boost my English skills. In what I’ve succeeded and have been appreciated for my flexibility, adaptability, and professionality when looking after the kids. Living and working in a foreigner country has helped me to gain confidence in front of unpredictable situations and to define my personal and professional goals.
2. Why Denmark?
I traveled a lot this year around Europe and all countries I visited were unique and rich in terms of culture. I'm pretty sure Denmark it's full of this unexplainable beauty. Moreover, being immersed in a new and different culture enrich my soul.
