YURI, 26 YEARS

Dear families,

Allow me to present myself. I am Yuri Antonio das Virgens, Brazilian, 20 years old. I live with my mother and my younger sister. When we were younger, I was the one that took care of my sister, as my mother was working. I was the one that did everything at home. Cooking and cleaning, everything. I have always liked to take care of children. I have skills, and I care a lot. My familiy is big (a lot of cousins), and as I am the oldest, i have got affinity and I like it. I have experience. And the best thing: I have affection, I love what I am doing, and I love kids.

I am studying to be a chef in one of the best culinary schools in Bahia. I will graduate by the end of december 2017. And then I would like to develop my personal and professional skills as an au pair with a Danish family.

For many years, I have had a strong desire to work and adquire personal development in Europe, particularly in Denmark, where there is a great culture in this area, and the values of the people are recognized world-wide. I am admiring this.

I have always wanted to live in a country where people are respected and valued. I always wanted to have the opportunity to study in a country, in which the organizational system is perfect, and where the quality of life is admirable. I would like to grow personally together with people who respect one another, and where education is extremely organized. This country is Denmark.

Unfortunately, I only speak portugues, but I am looking forward to learn the Danish language.
