LUISA, 25 YEARS

Dear future Host Family,

My name is Luisa and I am 20 years old and I'm brazilian. I have never been an Au Pair, but I'm looking forward to this and I'm very excited because I really like being with kids. In their routine I would take them for all kinds of activities, help with their laundry or even cooking their meals if necessary, giving them baths and everything co-related to them. I decided to become an Au Pair because I'm a trustful person with a lot of experience with children. I often babysit my cousins (which are 5 and 10 years old) - like 3 times a week, and I also have a younger brother, who I took care of since he was born. I'm currently studying in a Med School so I have live aids training.

I am looking for an opportunity to immerse myself in a new culture and language for the summer of 2019. I expect a family that will welcome me into their home and treat me as a son or daughter as opposed to an employee.I also expect to pick up the basics of your native language and help your children learn english, spanish or even portuguese. I go to the USA in most of my vacations so I'm able to speak it as a native. I would love to take your children to parks, museums, out for meals, and anywhere else you would be comfortable with them going. Besides taking care of children, I am willing to help with housework like cooking, cleaning, and running errands. I am not one to be on my phone the whole time or sit your kids down in front of the TV like many nannies do. I want to be a role model and an older sister figure to your children! I am looking to work mid July 2019- mid August because I have exactly 1 month on vacations from college.
