AU-PAIR IN COPENHAGEN SEEKING NEW FAMILY!
Hej Familie! My name is Paige, I currently live in Copenhagen and am excited to become part of your family! :)
I have loved working as an au pair here in Denmark. I am looking to start with a new family as soon as possible, as my current contract is coming to an end. My residence permit as an au-pair goes through November of 2019.
I already have a great understanding of Danish because I have been attending a sprogskol, and I been speaking with the young children.
For many years, I worked with children as a babysitter and a camp counselor. I have helped with babies, toddlers, kids and teens, and up to 5 children at a time. I have always loved being a positive and encouraging influence in a child's life and I look forward to doing so for another family in Denmark. As a care giver, my main priority is ensuring that your children's intellectual, emotional and physical needs are met in a supportive, comforting (and fun!) environment.
I come from a very family-oriented, Scandinavian family & I have traveled to 15 countries. My family is very close and I believe that family-time is a very important aspect of a child's early life. I studied International Hospitality at The University of Arizona and have always had a passion for learning new languages. In my free time I enjoy staying active outdoors, cooking, running, camping, reading and gardening.
My parents hosted Au Pairs when I was younger, and having bonded with them, I fell in love with the idea of becoming an Au Pair myself. Childhood has many stages of growth and development, and I find it very rewarding to help children learn about and discover the world around them. Learning about different cultures and languages has always been a passion of mine, and I would love to help your children learn/practice English during my stay.
I hope to hear from you! :)
