KRISTIN, 28 YEARS

Hi! My name is Kristin Erwin. I'm a 22 year old new college graduate living in North Carolina. I just recently earned my bachelors degree in Nursing and I have been working as a full time nurse at a local heart hospital. I love what I do but I also love Norway. I first traveled to Norway when I was just 11 or 12 years old. My mothers side has family outside of Oslo so I was fortunate enough to go meet some new relatives. I later got the chance to go back and live in Norway for about 6 months when I was in high school. I enjoyed my time so much in this beautiful country because the people are friendly and the nature is breathtaking. Throughout my whole life I have worked closely with children. I worked as a camp counselor at the YMCA for 2 years as well as babysat and nannied for families near by. I'm looking to get a head start in learning Norwegian and the culture of the Norwegian people by immersing myself in a Norwegian family! In a few years I hope to get my authorization to be a nurse in Norway!
