SHAWNA, 31 YEARS

Hello! I am from the US and I am looking for a home in Europe, specifically Denmark, the Netherlands, or Sweden, but I am open to more. I would love to be close to Copenhagen/Stockholm/Amsterdam, to experience all that these cities have to offer. I have had the amazing opportunity to travel through many countries in Europe this spring, and now am looking for a more permanent home. I studied elementary education in university, with an emphasis in early childhood education. During my studies, I worked with children in a school setting ranging from ages 1-12 years old. I also worked in a long term position in a 2nd grade class (7-8 year olds) as well as teaching my own kindergarten class (5-6 years) for one year. I love children and working with them!! I have also worked in a daycare setting, serving children ages 1-12 years again, as well as nannying children, primarily children aged 2-6.
I have a passion for teaching and working with children, and I would love to be able to combine this with my love for travel. If you have any questions please let me know!
